Dawna Greene-Eaton has been a real estate broker and consultant in the U.S. and Mexico for more than 20 years. Licensed in four U.S. states, she has owned and operated her own agencies, most recently focusing on marketing and sales for major new homes builders. A former New York City prosecutor and “green” products entrepreneur, she has won numerous real estate sales and performance awards and has been recognized for her commitment to client service. She has been a lecturer and consultant to other real estate companies, training agents in effective sales techniques. Bryan Eaton, like his wife Dawna, has worked for more than 20 years in the real estate business as a broker, agency owner, developer and consultant. Licensed in four U.S. states, he designed and developed retirement communities in Mexico and has conducted training seminars for real estate agents across the U.S. Before his real estate career, he was an export sales manager for General Motors in Indonesia, Panama and Algeria and was a management consultant in Australia. A fifth-generation Ecuadorian, Silvia Maldonado was born in Cuenca where she attended grade school and university. She spent her senior year of high school studying in Chicago. Before beginning her career in real estate, she worked at Pinchincha Bank and sold life insurance before managing the Guayaquil insurance firm of Hispana de Seguros.  She has been in the real estate business for four years. Silvia Maldonado sells real estate in Guayaquil and on the Santa Elena Peninsula, including the coast resorts of Playas and Salinas. Contact Silvia at smaldonado32@hotmail.com.

Mike Sager is a California native who lived in Washington State for many years before relocating to Ecuador in 2006. In addition to owning and operating a sound equipment company he has been a professional motorcycle racer, an alligator wrestler and leader of the rock ‘n roll band, Redwulf. He is the Ecuador correspondent for LiveandInvestOverseas.com. Mike lives on the south Ecuadorian coast in Olon and is involved in real estate development and sales from Salinas to Manta. Graciela Quinde was born and raised in Cuenca, where she earned her MBA at the University of Azuay. She attended high school in south Georgia and has traveled extensively in Europe and Latin America. She managed a tour agency for 14 years before operating a restaurant and teaching Spanish to foreigners.
