The area near the property offers a wide variety of leisure and sports activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, ocean kayaking, hiking, bird watching, whale watching, surfing, swimming, deep sea fishing, wind surfing, hang gliding and mountain biking. The community will be gated with all-underground utilities and will have its own fresh water supply. Residents will have access to facilities in the eco-lodge and spa.
